Slice 2 small or one medium cucumber and one lemon and mix it with about eight cups of water. Add ten to twelve mint leaves in a large pitcher and allow it to steep in the fridge overnight. This is a really tasty drink with many detoxing benefits.



In a Blender add 1 tomato, ½ beetroot and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Add 2 ice cubes and serve. Lemon is an excellent fat burner.Beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C. tomatoes contains very good levels of vitamin A, and flavonoid anti-oxidants such as a and ß-carotenes, xanthins and lutein.



Add  30 grams of  spinach,celery and broccoli  in a juicer and blend it thoroughly . serve it cold. Spinach is packed with vitamin K,vitamin C and fiber which will help to cleanse the body. Celery helps in removal of uric acid from the body, Glucoraphanin, gluconasturtiian, and glucobrassicin are 3 glucosinolate phytonutrients found in a special combination in broccoli. This dynamic trio is able to support all steps in body’s detox process, including activation, neutralization, and elimination of unwanted contaminants.


Sautee 50 grams onion and 1 inch ginger in ½ tsp olive oil until translucent and then add 100 grams carrots and  100 grams of cabbage cook for about 5 minutes. Add vegetable stock, cumin powder and simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour until carrot is very soft. add salt and pepper to taste.Carrots make a great detox choice because of the beta-Carotene they contain. This gets converted to Vitamin A by the body, and acts as a powerful antioxidant to battle free radicals and flush out toxic This soup adds onion, cumin and ginger to make it even more powerful.


To make an anti- oxidant packed detox salad, add red cabbage, avocado, pomegranate and sprouts in a bowl. Garnish them with flavor enhancers like red bell pepper, celery, cilantro and ginger. Add some walnuts and sesame seeds to it. Mix all this ingredients in a bowl and serve.


Add 15 grams of pudina leaves and  ½  inch of ginger to 30ml of fresh Lemon juice blend it and serve with 2 ice cubes.. The menthol present in pudina helps the enzymes necessary for digestion and it is packed with antioxidants.
