- Khakra Chat
Perfect balanced meal of Protein, Complex carbohydrates, Phytonutrients from vegetables and herbs and spices

INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole wheat Khakras
- 1 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 15 grams moong sprouts
- 10 grams finely chopped onions
- 10 grams finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1/4th tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4th tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
METHOD
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the topping and set aside.
- Place the khakra pieces on a serving plate; sprinkle the salad mixture evenly on the khakra
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve the Khakra Chaat

Corn Bhel

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp Corn
- 15 grams Onion

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Puffed rice
METHOD
- Toss all the ingredients together and sprinkle it with lemon juice

- 1 tsp flax/ sesame seeds
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 40 grams (2 slices) whole wheat bread
METHOD
- Mash the eggs and add to it yogurt, oregano and pepper powder
- Spread the mixture on the whole wheat bread and serve
