Well, everyone is talking about boosting immunity but now we also need to know what we need and what should eat before and after getting the COVID Vaccine? Here are few dietary tips you can include in your routine.

PRE VACCINATION DIET TIPS

  • Tomato Juice with Glutamine
  • Lemon Water with Glutamine
  • Cheese Sandwich with vegetable
  • Berry smoothies / Fruit and Yogurt
  • Par fait
  • Oats Idli / Oats Dosa
  • Poha / Upma
  • Use cucumber slices / tomato slices with sandwich / Fruit

POST-VACCINATION DIET TIPS

  • Cheese Sandwich with vegetable
  • Overnight Oats
  • Berry smoothies / Fruit and Yogurt Par fait
  • Idli / Dosa
  • Poha / Upma
  • Fruit (Guava / Watermelon / Orange/ Kiwi) + Roasted pumpkin seed
  • Vegetable Juice (beet root, carrot, celery) + Roasted pumpkin seed
  • Butter milk with flaxseeds
  • Vegetable Soup – Use Tomato, Beet root, Spinach, Pumpkin, Gourds and celery
  • Brown Rice / Red Rice / Khichdi or Pulao
  • Akki roti / Bajra Roti /Roti
  • Whole wheat Pasta /Noodles
  • Dal or Sambhar / Vegetable Curry / Chana Curry / Rajma Curry
  • Vegetables as salad or Cooked

Note: Add Turmeric, Ginger and Amla powder- 1 tsp a day into al l your meals. Ensure you drink 3 – 4 liters of water a day
