Air conditioned rooms are not preferable as the colder environment makes the body stiff and prohibits it from stretching more.
What to wear: Any clothing made from natural fibers which light and lose fitting can be worn. It should be comfortable enough to allow the body to exercise and should not restrict the movements of the body.

- Restrict yourself from drinking in between so as to avoid losing concentration over the postures and breathing patterns.
